Your information

What we collect

When you book: your name, phone number, email address, and anything you type into the notes or add as inspiration. If you save a card for the no-show policy, the card itself is held by Square. We never see or store your card number.

Appointment texts

We text you only if you ticked the consent box on the booking form. Those texts are about your appointment: a confirmation when you book, a reminder before your visit, and a notice if it is cancelled. We do not send marketing texts and we never text anyone who has not opted in.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Opting out of texts does not cancel your appointment, and you will still get email.

Who else sees it

Only Tiana, plus the services that make the booking work: Supabase stores the appointment, Square processes payment, Twilio delivers the texts, and Resend delivers the email. Each one sees only what it needs to do its job.

We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or hand your phone number to anyone for their own marketing. Ever.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How long we keep it

Your appointment history stays on file so Tiana knows what she did last time and your rewards keep counting. Ask and we will delete it.
